The unfinished tattoo: man’s bizarre quest to unite the world with ink!

The story of a tattoo artist’s client who never completed his tattoos surprised even seasoned professionals in the industry. This intriguing news was shared by one of the advertising managers at Tattoo Industry Corporation in the UK. Steve, a tattoo artist from the USA, told our colleague a captivating story about an unusual client who never finished his tattoos.

The client was a man around 45 years old. Steve, who was still a budding tattoo artist at the time, vividly recalls his visit. The client came without an appointment and ked to continue a design started by another artist, but with one condition: the work could be stopped at any moment.

The client had no ideas for finishing the tattoo, so he left it up to Steve to complete it according to his own taste. On the man’s body was a strange mix of lines and shapes, interrupted on all sides as if artists had suddenly been pulled away from their work.

As it turned out, theman was obsessed with the idea of unitingthe world. His goal was a single tattoo that would symbolize the unity of all humanity. This unusual story began in 2017 in Bristol, UK, where the client got a small old-school design. During the session, the clientwas struck by an idea: let a European artist finish the tattoo, symbolically uniting Europe and Britain. The work continued in Berlin, Germany, where the local artist joked that such a tattoo could unite the entire world. The idea was so appealing to the client that he decided to make it a reality. The next tattooartist was from France, and the process went on. Steve was working at the VEAN tattoo studio chain in Poland at the time. According to the client, Steve was the 20th or 21st artist to work on this global project. Steve added elements in the Polish Trash style, but the mysterious client revealed that his ultimate goal was to travel to all 256 countries, including 196 independent states and 54 territories, to add to his tattoo bit by bit. In his view, this tattoo would unite all continents and lead to world peace.

Steve, smiling, asked how the client planned to manage Antarctica, given its lack of a permanent population. The client confidently replied that no continent would be left out, abruptly stopped the session, paid, and left. Once again, the tattoo remained unfinished. Steve never saw this client again. Peace on planet Earth hasnot yet been achieved, which means the tattoo is still incomplete.

Tattoo Industry Corporation thanks all the tattoo artists who have worked with this mysterious client and is ready to do everything possible to ensure that his incredible design is eventually completed.
